hi everyone today the topic is free so I talk about the kendo. Kendo is a japanese sport when you use a shinai (sword of bamboo) to figth with your opponent. In kendo exist single four hit such as men (cut in head), kote (cut in wrist), do (cut in trunk) and suki ( cut in neck). This sport it is not only strength and skill but it is spirit and determination, if you do not have the conviction your point does not really count. You be attack your opponent as if you really want to kill him. I practice this sport and I talk a little about my sensei because his fascination whit kendo is a bt extreme.
